If this is the case why didn't the courts issue that as a requirement years ago. It is unforgivable that anyone missed this.
The feeding tube is inserted only at mealtimes. The court has repeatedly failed Terri and I don't know why. Judge Greer being legally blind may have something to do with it as he can't read briefs. I guess they're read to him.

Michael Schiavo put Terri on Medicaid sometime ago but he and his girlfriend of 10 years both drive Mercedes, hers is black and his is silver.
Now they say there is abuse and ask for 60 days. Why the hell did this not get reported long ago? Was it a ploy to get the extension? It is disturbing.
It was first reported 15 months after her "accident" and was investigated more recently but Judge Greer sealed it. That DCF investigator recommended pursuing the case but everything was sealed.
They are older. Should they win then who becomes the guardian?
Missed this one. Terri's brother and sister have stepped up to the plate and will care for her when and if necessary. They are both involved now.

Where on Earth do you get your information?
It certainly has been 15 years that that Terri Schiavo has been fed exclusively through the feeding tube. The gastric feeding tube was place by a Dr. Pothen Jacob while Mrs Schiavo was in Humana Northside Hospital very shortly after her cardiac arrest. The idea that Michael Schiavo ordered it is a fiction. The tube was not placed for the convenience of the nurses, it was place so that Terri could receive sustenance.
Where do you get the idea that Terri was eating by mouth after her collapse? Aside from a non-verified anecdotal statement that one of her care givers fed her a small amount of jello and some sips of apple juice and orange juice, nowhere in the medical record does it indicate that Terri has eaten by mouth since the morning of her arrest.
Additionally, Terri has failed every swallow test given to her as is reported in the official court record.

The feeding tube is surgically implanted and is a permanent fixture. It is not "inserted only at mealtimes".
Judge Greer is "legally blind". This doesn't mean that he can't see. He he can read with prescribed glasses but he cannot drive. Despite his visual handicap, he is a well respected and admired Judge of the Sixth Circuit Court.
You really gave me something to think about but when you injected the type of cars they drive I then became distracted. A polite suggestion leave those facts out in the future, it seemed petty and frankly unnecessary. I do understand your passion and that is why you pointed that out. See, it distracted me from the rest of the comment.
Getting back to the rest of your remarks, I was unaware of the feeding tube only being inserted for meal times. It appears it is because she is unable to feed herself. Still is it not the doctor who runs the show and makes sure she has the needed care such as the physical therapy. To help retrain her to do for herself? I know, it is because of her husband that she did not get proper care. Frankly I would consider suing the hospital it appears they did not do right be Terri and the oath they took.
I wonder if she had left a note saying she would not want to be left this way would those who are pro Terri still find a way to get involved?
I can tell you clearly I am conflicted on this issue like one cannot understand.
We treat our pets better. Perhaps the medical field is going to have to decide to make changes.
To think in the 80s a family had a child it was born 3 months early. The doctor kept doing test's kept doing stuff and the parents asked that they stop to allow their daughter to die with some dignity in the arms of her father and mother. The doc would not back down and in the end the parents were in the hole for millions because we could keep the child alive.
