Perhaps the tunnel is just undocumented.

...contrary to oft-repeated statements here, the government is concernced about illegals or they wouldn't be looking for and finding tunnels.

Well, not malice, but you "ask" it like it would be. I simply did not see that as your point. Still don't after re-reading your post in question.

Stand down.

Good job FBI! Their concern is that terroists can enter thru the tunnels why not prevent ALL illegals from coming into this country.

NO....
I'm not pissed at you in the least anyway, why would I be.....
Just pissed about the Mex. border situation period..
As are many other posters here..
A few illegals we've always had.. It used to be a joke.. i.e. wetbacks

Multi-millions of illegals are no joke.. and I'm not laughing.. It has nothing at all to do with terrorism..

Sadly we both know how and when it will get stopped.

This is going to go down in History as George W. Bush's shame. There is no where to lay the blame but at his feet. It has been a problem for decades, yes, but under THIS presiDENT it has gone from a torrent to a raging tsunami of lawlessness.

I voted for Dubya, and I really, really like him, but he is SO WRONG on this issue and it is simply incomprehensible to me.

It has nothing to do with terrorism and it has nothing to do with jobs. It has everything to do with the importation of socializm and the dilution of the American Way.

I see our culture as being like a trust fund. It has been so successful that it generates enough that we've been able to do some wonderful things in the world. Letting the huddled masses in with no restrictions is like selling our birthright for a mess of pottage. We're spending the principal and one day we won't be able to export goodness any more. It's going to be back to hand-to-mouth living, and Katie Bar the Door.

Oh, they can enter alright, just not by tunnel.

Well said. Perhaps the border wedgies like to imply or charge that our leaders and civil servants are hopelessly corrupt, but I have nothing but admiration for all the hard and tireless and thankless work they do day in and day out. Indeed, at every rare arrest of a corrupt officer at his or her border post or government office, it shows that our system of self-governance is working, and quite well.

Does anyone else find it ironic that they called the tunnel "illegal".
