Why won't you answer the question directly ?

I thought I had. Oh well. Let's try this.

The messianic state of Israel is a monarchy. When Moshiach comes, he will be king. He will rebuild the temple. Do I think the modern state of is a monarchy? no. Do I think that the Jewish people have enough "ahavas Yisreol" to satisfy my own desires, no.

However- the question itself is a technical one. Have the Jewish people fulfilled all that is required for him to arrive? Technically, yes. That is at least is my opinion and the opinion of many others. It is however, only an opinion.

What if Moshiach believes in Democratic Government for the people and off the people, a bit like Washington or Jefferson did ?

His Kingship and sovereignty may well be different to what you may understand it to be. It will be a very different type of monarchy. I would also suggest to you that he will not favor one group over another. That is to say that if the Jews in the Holy Land are behaving badly, whilst the Jews in the Nations are behaving well, he will not automatically favor the Jews in the current State of Israel just because they happen to reside in the land at the time.

Moshiach's ultimate loyalty will be to God, not to one tribal group or sect.

Also, why can't the Third Temple/House for All Nations be built within the boundaries of a Messianic Democratic Republican Nation State ?
