Interesting observation. I survived Operation Desert Storm with nary a scratch, and none of my male commrades asked me to strip to bra and panties and roll around in the mud. Neither did my female commrades. Neither did my Commanding Officer, and the (all male) subordinates in my charge certainly didn't act like this, on duty or off.

Just a bunch of bad apples who will be dealt with by the proper authorities. What is it with these MP-types? I though military pilots were the hard partiers? ;)

If these women have to live in combat conditions where they have to relieve themselves in semi-public places, I suppose it can be understood that they might regard this type of behavior as less invasive of their privacy.
