"There is no LEGITIMATE power to usurp rights."

Who's talking about usurping rights? I'm saying that the states do not have to protect your rights beyond life, liberty, and property (plus those incorporated by the 14th amendment).

Drugs ain't one of them.

I am. You want to usurp mine. I say no. You want to do so, come get me. I'll stop you. You know that. You are a coward, therefore, you enlist government thugs to come for you. It's simple.

I'm saying that the states do not have to protect your rights beyond life, liberty, and property (plus those incorporated by the 14th amendment).

Liberty, correct. Damn, for a druggie, you finally got one right.

Drugs ain't one of them.

Of course all substances and activities which do not usurp your rights are one of them.

On the other hand, you assert some bizarre made up "right" to regulate my non rights violating behavior. You cite the children, like your hero Hillary.

Drugs ain't one of them.

Marijuana ain't a drug, it's a plant. Just a plant.

Tobacco ain't a drug, it's a plant. Just a plant.

Get it?
