Well said. Maybe you feel the way you do because you bust your butt to make a go of it, youre an American, and you play by the rules like we all do.

There are sooo many reasons. But my top three:
1) Make up your mind. American or Mexican? Stop shilling for a foreign country. And stop with the hyphenating.
2) No oppressed people here. You want oppressed? Go back to Mexico and see what real oppression is. All the best kinds too. Racial, economical, political, social, etc. You want it? They got it.
3) Speak English well. For that matter speak Spanish well too. Christ! I've met some M.E.C.H.A. folks couldn't put two sensible sentences together in either language.
