We need to Q those bad boys! (my mother is in day 3 of trying to solve the puzzle)
I couldn't figure any intuitive way to solve it, but clearly one could have only a handful of cows and sheep, and the goats would be simply added in to fill up the numbers.
Just a matter of plugging in some numbers, and seeing which way it went.
