There is always climbing stairs and taking average books in each hand and moving around with your arms as weights.

There is plenty you can do without a gym. Don't give up on exercising if you wish to.

Working hard at climbing stairs and lifting books with your hands for only 20 minutes a day for 5 days a week can make you feel like a new healthier lass for the NORTH east. :-)

I'm not going to worry about exercise and health until after next week. I have too much to worry about otherwise.
