Well, I'm 5 weeks into using the weight room in my gym beyond the racquet ball I play there.

I started off pathetic and now I am just embarrassing. :-)

Here I was working my legs with about 150, I look over and there is this midget Asian fellow doing well over 800 pounds though he is just 130 pounds.
I found out the Asian guy was the former sword and Tae Kwan Do champion of the world for his weight division.

I've gone as far as 8.5 miles on the running machines and then went up to play 2 hours of RB, so the legs are good to go.
The arms are far more new to this and they are taking more recovery time.

I feel better doing this though.

My exercise time is pretty much nonexistant for now. Hopefully I'll get some time after the next semester starts.

Stick with that guy- he'll help you more than you know. Ask King Prout about the fellow that taught us Shotokan at Tulane University...
