um... I don't think there is a Scrooge equivalent for Halloween.

by equivalent, do you mean pre-ghosts Scrooge, or post-ghosts Scrooge?

Yes they are the ones who start forty-billion threads in October on how if you give candy to kids wearing sheets you are going straight to hell.

Somehow I can't seem to see you in that category.
