It's just a comment- he threw out several thoughts. I'll agree that was a bit lame, but "blaming" the victim? Nah, not really. Who knows what words were exchanged? None of what was or wasn't said was a reason/excuse to shoot anyone over, I'm sure we all agree on that.

But that did set me off. And if it isn't blaming the victim it is to close for comfort. As I keep repeating this guy hunted down and killed six unarmed people. The first two might have been impulse. The six that he hunted were not.
When you are dealing with that kind of person all the people skills in the world are not going to save you. So why disparage them by saying that?
