"Exactly how can we know this but not be able to stop them?" ... Well there were 250 Illegals that crossed. Twenty five of them were ostracised by the Mexicans. The 25 couldn't be arrested, because that is profiling. The remaining 225 couldn't be sent back because that is discrimination.

Exactly how can we know this but not be able to stop them? Exactly how can we stop them? Israel has a border that is a computer sensor fence, and a strip of sand two car lenghts wide that is patroled 24/7 with Humvee mounted squads. The Arabs still smuggle over the border. There is not a fence that a smart man can make that a smart man cannot get over, or under or around.
