What would it hurt to raise the silly color code with instructions for closing schools just as a precaution? We do it for bad weather. What's the worst that could happen? The kiddos miss the MM film or a planned parenthood class?
Take care while at school and encourage children not to keep school doors open, and report suspicious persons immediately. Everyone must watch.
