I am with you...I would love to be thirty again in the shape I was in and be able to take this war to the enemy on his home turf...
I hear ya about the SA...me to...only I cannot use the CPAP...so its a killer...watch it like a hawk...if you can...
God bless and prayers for healing you up...
I hate apnea...but whatta gonna do...
One of the things that gives me solace is the idea that as events here keep unfolding there is an increasing probability that at some point in time, I will be in the right place at the right time and armed to take it to the enemy except it will be on our home turf.

When my dad died in 1980, SA wasn't even known yet. But the docs have now ID'd it as the probably mechanism of his actual demise. MY CPAP has literally saved my life. I've worn out three machines since my diagnosis in 1994. Now with all the Hurricanes, I've gone out and purchased a deep cycle marine battery and an inverter to insure that I can sleep in peace....even if I lose power in a storm. Have you been to a sleep clinic? I do one every year. Last time they tried a new CPAP accessory called "nasal pillows." Pretty kewl. Go do a sleep clinic and see what can be done. My volcanic snoring almost cost me my marriage. My wife is now thanking God I found the CPAP solution, too.
