Understood.
Bufy's been rather quiet in this thread once she got smacked down.
She has so far wandered off to other threads.
My nephew is at Ft Carson and this article is mostly correct. He was told three weeks ago, due to his outstanding service and not taking so much as one day off while in Iraq that he would be released from his duty early The very next week he was called in and the strong arming began. Tactics have ranged from immeidate deployment to Iraq, changing units, and maybe Afghanistan then the next meeting, whopping sized bonuses for re-uping. I belong to a group of other moms, wives and relatives of the 4th ID, 3rd Brgd, each soldier is being put through this. My guy says if the Army would ask the guys to re-up in a professional adult manner, they probably would...but by demanding the re-enlistment; the Army has turned this into a very negative issue and they are now facing the loss of morale. I thought the Armed Forces has grown away from these strong arming tactics.
Dear Mr. and Ms. US Army,
Every person that enlisted, did so because they wanted to do something for our country...they don't need to be strong armed, just treat them with some dignity please!
I still love GWB!!!
the exit strategy will first be to the west. at the syrian border. then it will to the east, at the iranian border.
:)
This is what's up with it. There is a reserve unit being dissolved. Therefore, the soldiers in that reserve unit need to pick another unit. It would be best for those reservist to take the recommendation the military is providing.
Don't expect the truth from Chamberlainbuff. It's strictly DNC faxblast talking points from him.
What are your soldiers telling you?
Shield,
Please refer to my post up about 5 posts...262 (I think)
Thanks again.
I love GWB!
ITS PROBABLLY JUST ANOTHER ATTEMPT AT COMMUNIST (DEMOCRAT) PROPAGANDA
