According to Harvey Levin ("Celebrity Justice") from sources connected with both sides in Eagle, Colorado:
1) Kobe accepts a plea bargain for a non-sex crime misdemeanor such as Third-Degree assault. (misdemeanor, Kobe might get probation, wouldn't have to register as sex offender).
2) Kobe settles the civil case. Pays a financial settlement. Gives letter of apology saying, "that even though Kobe Bryant belived that he was doing nothing wrong, that she felt she had been assaulted in the hotel room, and for that he was sorry."
No plea deals struck, but parties talking about it.
We all agree that Koby is no saint, but read up on the case and you'll understand that she does not have clean hands...er panties...either.

If I were completely innocent of any real wrongdoing, not only wouldn't I cut a plea on anything, I'd be screaming to be put on the witness stand in my own defense. And I suspect most people falsely accused of a crime would feel the exact same way.

Many people are very interested in crime capers besides politics or worldly events. It is sort of a mesh of all stuff. The "laciettes" freepers are posters of a few, but interest in a final justice output, to-with many more lurkers who don't posts for reasons of their own. I would refrain from stating all those who are subject to your post here by putting freepers in a lump group such as you stated in your post....

I think that there is something in PA. There's more to that story and his feelings about his hometown than we know about. And I do think that we know that it was anal sex, it's been talked about a lot, just like her sexual history has been discussed by Kobe's press agents. This has been a very dirty case. The kind of women that would have been the victim of this kind of forced sex are not likely to brag about it openly, but could be persuaded to talk under the right circumstances. These groupies don't want to make pariahs of themselves.
