There's reasonable doubt everywhere. And we haven't even gotten to the text messages yet!
I am not convinced he raped the girl based upon what has been revealed thus far. It seems to me that both of them are pigs, but that that it is not right to call one a criminal and one a victim. It is completely ignorant to assume the victim's reputation etc are not put on trial as well in these sorts of things.
His wife wouldn't do it. They say hookers get asked for frequently for it for that reason.
The big guy knows something ...
I don't know how many ways to say this, so I'll try to do it as simply as I can.
The deadline to subpoena out of state witnesses has come and gone.
Her name is not on the list.
That should tell you how much credence the DA puts in her testimony.
I sort of wish there would be a trial. But unfortunately for you it looks like the guy facing reelection this fall and the liar who smeared Mr. Bryant are both getting cold feet today.
They were only willing to go forward with this case if they could keep evidence from the jury. That alone should tell you something, IF YOU ARE PAYING ATTENTION AND THINKING.
I stand by my statement. I don't care what SI says.
I'm surprised at how many people have bought into a culture where rape is glorified, excused, and covered up to protect the stars.
And I thought the Detroit Pistons destroyed the Lakers.........in five games.
I am very very interested in what those text messages say too.
I'm trying to figure out how they are saying she had sex AFTER Kobe allegedly raped her. She could have had sex the day before or even hours before. Them sperm are running all over the place for about three days.
There was no anal sex, no matter how many times you say it.
No kidding. He already stepped out of the lead attorney role and handed it over to Bakke........LOL.
you're losing it Howlin.....take a breath....
Here are the facts:
1. Mr. Byrant has his own and her DNA on him and his clothing.
2. She has Mr. Bryant's, her own and a third party Mr. X's DNA on her, on her clothing and in her.
Conclusion:
The lack of Mr. X's DNA on Mr. Bryant indicated she got Mr. X's DNA AT A LATER TIME.
I'm surprised at you accusing somebody of rape who hasn't had a fair trial yet.
The very first one better say "Kobe Bryant just raped me" and not "Hey, let's go to a motel."
But the judge has already said that the messages he let in impeach somebody's sworn testimony.
