Apparently so, if your claim that the books states that all the crew was American or foreign - since foreigners aren't from New England. Very slick evasion, since that avoids addressing my question on the state of origin/citizenship of the Americans in the crew. What's it say about that? Hey, you're actually familiar with the sources you use to back up your claims, aren't you? Then it'd be simple to answer, instead of evade, again.

Stand is man enough to name a source, unequivocally state that his source does, in fact, say the home port was New Bedford. You challenged that, with fleeting references to some book you say disproves it. To do so, the book would have to state that the homeport was someplace other than New Bedford, and would have to say what the homeport was.

Yet you still won't state at all what your book says the homeport is. Instead, you've said where it was built (doesn't make it the homeport - evasion); that it once set sail from Charleston (doesn't make it the homeport - evasion) and that Charleston is as good a homeport as any (doesn't make it the homeport - evasion). And that was just for starters!

It was a simple little thing, yet look at all that dodging! That's the behavior of one who knows he's made outlandish claims he can't substantiate, and can then only try to bludgeon others into accepting them at face value.

i'd like to remind you that the council put the Arthur Ashe statue on Monument Ave, AGAINST the wishes of HIS WIDOW & HIS FAMILY. (i have seen a copy of the letter she wrote to them.)
