As I recall, Cloud's Enterprise was very consistent with terror operations around the world...

This definitely seems to fit what has been said before. Check this out at Jill's site. I know it was talking about an attack before the greater Eid (last February) but maybe the plan is the same, just delayed a bit?

NOTE: Clouds Enterprise is al qaeda's PR arm (!). It is generally accepted that it is an organization not any one person. The jihadis are awaiting a signal from the next video or audio release, or perhaps the recent re-releases with new English subtitles already contained the message they awaited.
