At first glance it looked like a custom, 29 character, 128 bit WEP encryption key, but it is actually 32 characters. Finding the wireless network that it belongs to would be hard to do if it were a WEP key.

Probably psyops. I am way behind on the thread right now!

Jihadis probably drive around sniffing for and then using open wireless networks they run across to communicate. Now the term "War Driving" makes more sense
