Laura got the video from Jill, the one with the sub-titles
in English. I asked Laura if she could inform us as to
what the sub-titles said. She worked almost all night,
because she was having to go through the video frame by
frame. As she was doing that she came accross the hex-
codes that appeared on the picture. She posted it here
first and said there were others, and that she was going
to pass it on to authorities and then post it on NEIN.
Long story short.
