Among the best chicken and fettuccine I ever had.

I'm a good cook of average stuff myself, but this was the tenderest chicken breast I ever had. It's difficult to cook chicken breast without having it become tough.

I had a Swiss grandmother that taught me to poach well and I make a great chicken dish where I use purified water garlic, chicken parsley and just keep poaching it down and replacing the water as it cooks (which forms it's own sauce).
The best!

Sounds good.

Chicken breast usually gets tough when people try to cook it too quickly over too hot a flame.
