Yeah, I would imagine that getting drunk would be one of the ways to pass the time during the journey. But keep in mind that the colonists would be anticipating a colder climate, and would probably take advantage of the ice around them for some space-enhanced winter sports.
Ice skating, tobogganing, perhaps even arranging that zero-gee swimming pool during transit. If the 'berg is spun for gravity, just put it at the center.
