The rotational period of the Planet Mercury is too slow. I'm going to have to use mirrors to send the sunlight around it for an artificial day.
Other than that, and having to cool it instead of warm it, it will be just like colonizing Mars.
Anyone interested in metals processing? That seems to be the perfect place to build robots.
