To acknowledge that you are worthy of consuming oxygen would to lower environmental standards to 19th century Manchester. In other words, be quiet.

Ivan, I know you missed it, but there was a Nightline episode during the Diana divorce where he dressed down a Royalist by referring to her as a "trailer park princess".
It was classic Hitchens. He rolled around like a pinball--then boom, hits the target.
