Disney is closed after 3PM this time of year, but Anaheim had the beach close by, the Pond, theaters, restraunts and many attractions.
I would not be going to the east coast at this time for a vacation.
Maybe a quick return flight to New York around X-mas to shop, see the snowy spirit there and then come home.
