Former Iraqi Soldiers Will Not Restore Order in Fallujah
The U.S. Marine plan to have former Iraqi soldiers restore order in Fallujah ran into trouble Sunday as the former Iraqi general heading the new force denied there were any foreign fighters in the city, calling into question his commitment to American military objectives. A few hours later, the top U.S. military commander said the general would not be allowed to lead the scores of armed men he already has mustered in the city.

Fact: US Military stated in would go into Fallujah with over whelming force and capture of kill the US Contractors murderers.

Now you are free to arrive at any silly explanation you like. If you want to think that a Marine General would order his troops to stand down and withdraw in the middle of a battle, then go for it. Never happened before in the 200 years of USMC, but what the heck.
Anyway, this is all water under the bridge, some people think standing down was a smart move, other think is was a dum move. I am on the fence leaning towards dumb move. But I can understand the reasoning. I just think the Sunnis, are not the ones to show weakness to. Shiites maybe, Sunnis no. Time will tell, but your crazy if you think the White House didn't make or approve of this entirely new approach to resistance in Fallujah.
You get the last word cause I am finished try to explain this to you.
Thanks for finally (and for the first time) explaining your position to me.
You might have done it without the insults, but at least you finally laid out the logic behind your conclusions. Not quite what I was asking for, but something anyway.....
Peace, friend.
It's a gorgeous day here in Ohio, and I think I'm going to go out and enjoy the sunshine before I have to go to work.
Have a good one!
