What is this an Anti-Homeschool article?
No. The article brings up the valid point that children who are home schooled aren't always exposed to other boys or men (the mother often administers the home schooling) which can cause behavior problems. My kids are "home-schoolers."

Oh I see it's the old, "How do they get socialization?" argument. Pitifully, this makes the whole article seem like a vote for socialism to me.
Make sure you send your child to public school so they won't turn out gay they we will screw with their little heads and make gays perfectly acceptable.
Right.

AND in Catholic Schools (where I went) all the teachers were women as well. Out of the 48 kids in my 8th grade class, not a one turned out gay.

I strongly disagree. It has been my experience parents who home educate do NOT isolate their children from others or the community as a whole. Quite the opposite.
I've home educated for almost 9 years and am administrator for a private school *for* home schoolers...not a charter. Private home schoolers are active in their community and actually have fathers involved in their everyday life, instruction and character molding.
While at an Art Museum field trip a few months ago (with a few mothers and children - 5 of which were teen boys), a gentleman (I use that term loosely) came up to the boys and shared how sorry he was they were home schooled, that being with their mommies all day was akin to abuse and they'd turn out weird.
His comments were made in total ignorance, as are the comments made by the psychobabble 'professional' in this article, imo.

Homeschoolers are not indoctrinated into govt. school thought control processes. As a homeschooling mom, we have not avoided the issues facing our world today. We discuss an issue, state why we (my husband and I) feel it is right or wrong, then seek the Bible for answers. Of course, those on the other side will say that us parents have brainwashed our kids.

Speaking with some experience on the HS'ing front....I can say that I don't recall ever seeing any HS'ed child not throughly exposed to ALL age groups of both sexes...
In my opinion...what you appear to think the article "brings up"....is not even close to a valid point.
