That was before the days of every man for himself, and the me generation. I teeter between realizing our situation is the just recompense of a corrupt people, and patriotism regarding my fellow countrymen and nation.

I know the end result is in God's hands, as well as the events that are befalling us now. Just keep plugging away with reason and truth, at least you will be able to present yourself with no blood on your hands because you remained silent, well liked, and comfortable.
