I am sure Bush has some bones to throw his base right before the election, I'm curious as to what they might be. It will certainly not bode well if no bones are toss'ed.

He is absolutely going to have to. I'm begining to wonder about Karl Rove's strategy. I don't think he's going to gain a significant number of hispanic votes because of this questionable policy. We also recently learned that the Jewish vote is certainly not a lock -- nor is the black vote. The country is still quite divided so I don't think he's managed to get too many rat switch-overs either. He has to hold on to his base or he could definitely have problems.

As a conservative first, I am sure I am not alone in having lost sight of what it is suppose to be about the Republican Party that makes them fit to represent me. I have completely lost sight of the reasons.
