You want victory on your little quibble, okay. Feel better now? Doesn't change the fact it's law. Okay, I can't cite a title and code at this moment, but I still believe it is organic law, and obviously, so does the court. Organic as opposed to positive law. And the text of it is in the U.S. code document - I read it there through my search, but it did not have a code or section number. The 4457 hits were actually for any occurrence of the words "declaration" or "independence". Nevertheless, the text of the declaration is there. I couldn't care less if you believe me or not. So, just to get you off my back, I'll say that I can't cite the actual code right now. What now? A pox upon me maybe? You Want my firstborn? Maybe you have a position on the topic of this thread? If you have a position on this topic or some other concrete issue, state it. Otherwise, I am fresh out of time for you.

If you're arguing it's law, then maybe you can offer some support for that argument.

When you say it's in the US Code, you'd better be ready to start citing Title and Section.

Let's put it this way: if you had been in court, making your argument as you did, you'd be in jail for contempt of court right now.

Argue law at your peril--it's rather obvious that you do not know whereof you speak.
