I believe the Constitution is embued with the principles of the Declaration of Indpendence, and I can make a case for it.

Let me know if you actually start doing so. You still have not established your claim that the Declaration of Independence is incorporated as "organic law" into the United States Code.

The founding fathers certainly thought so - they only wrote it!

It doesn't change the fact that you haven't proved your initial assertion.

Both documents provide for rights, and both are undergirded by judeo-Christian principles.

You still haven't proved your initial assertion. Please show the relevant Title and Section of the United States Code that proves your assertion.

I Know you hate that don't you- you don't want God in anything do you?

And now you've graduated to claiming that you can read minds. Unfortunately, you're about as good at mind-reading as you are at citing the United States Code. That entire statement is false.

Whatever...it's law nonethelss isn't it? You can't deny it based on the court cases. And you can't deny that the founders believed in the unchanging principles therein stated.

How many quotes from the founding fathers (supporting the principles in the Declaration) do you need to convince you? I suspect none would - you are a polemic.

You want victory on your little quibble, okay. Feel better now? Doesn't change the fact it's law. Okay, I can't cite a title and code at this moment, but I still believe it is organic law, and obviously, so does the court. Organic as opposed to positive law. And the text of it is in the U.S. code document - I read it there through my search, but it did not have a code or section number. The 4457 hits were actually for any occurrence of the words "declaration" or "independence". Nevertheless, the text of the declaration is there. I couldn't care less if you believe me or not. So, just to get you off my back, I'll say that I can't cite the actual code right now. What now? A pox upon me maybe? You Want my firstborn? Maybe you have a position on the topic of this thread? If you have a position on this topic or some other concrete issue, state it. Otherwise, I am fresh out of time for you.
