Whatever...it's law nonethelss isn't it? You can't deny it based on the court cases. And you can't deny that the founders believed in the unchanging principles therein stated.

How many quotes from the founding fathers (supporting the principles in the Declaration) do you need to convince you? I suspect none would - you are a polemic.

Okay, I can't cite a title and code at this moment, but I still believe it is organic law, and obviously, so does the court. Organic as opposed to positive law. And the text of it is in the U.S. code document - I read it there through my search, but it did not have a code or section number. The 4457 hits were actually for any occurrence of the words "declaration" or "independence". Nevertheless, the text of the declaration is there. I couldn't care less if you believe me or not. So, just to get you off my back, I'll say that I can't cite the actual code right now. What now? A pox upon me maybe? You Want my firstborn? Maybe you have a position on the topic of this thread?
