If you knew your US Code, you would know that there are 4 instances in Title 16, 1 instance in Title 22 and 1 instance in Title 48. I didn't ask for a list of hits. I asked for a specific citation (that means a specific Title and Section--if you actually knew anything about law, you'd know that little fact) from the United States Code that specifically states that the Declaration of Independence is organic law.

I merely demand an answer the my question. Title and Section that support your assertion. All you did was find 4,457 mentions of the Declaration of Independence. What do these mentions actually SAY?
