Did you mean that CP doesn't currently act as an attourney for FR or has never acted as an attourney here? (i can't remember exactly what your wording was)
According to
this thread titled "***Unveiling... the new Free Republic Network!***" it says
"one_particular_harbour is serving as the Network's acting corporate attorney."
and he hasn't denied that he is One_Particular_Harbour.
