Did you mean that CP doesn't currently act as an attourney for FR or has never acted as an attourney here? (i can't remember exactly what your wording was)

According to this thread titled "***Unveiling... the new Free Republic Network!***" it says

"one_particular_harbour is serving as the Network's acting corporate attorney."

and he hasn't denied that he is One_Particular_Harbour.

I'm simply saying he's never done any legal work for me or Free Republic (that is Jim Robinson personally, this forum, or Free Republic, LLC). That was the original question. Have no idea what he may or may not have done for FRN or any other entities or persons.

That thread was posted a year and a half ago. When the FRN was forming, OPH offered pro bono legal advice which we appreciated. The Network's Attorney of Record for over a year has been Cleta Mitchell of the DC Law Firm Foley and Lardner.
