Actually, I happen to think that LBJ was the worst President in our nations history but Clinton was undoubtedly the worst human being to ever occupy the office. In my view however, LBJ did more lasting damage.

I personally am conflicted between FDR & Clinton.
Like you, I think one actually did more damage, but the other more than compensated in general sleaze, culture shock, national humiliation.
