Some of the key to this is getting the public wanting to vote more conservative.

Many places where the Republicans are a bit wishy washy could have voters that might vote them out for being too conservative in office (as those voters see it).

You are "assuming this issue/problem away" as Republicans just having to follow the will of the voters that got them there, but you are assuming those that voted them there might have been Reagan types and they might have been far more liberal.

So I think we have to convert more of the voters to accept and back more conservative candidates over time.

Even that isn't an over-night easy thing to achieve.

What you are saying is that a Rep. or Senator must represent the mood and beliefs of his constituents, otherwise re-election is in doubt.

It seems that republicans will eat their own often, when democrats NEVER do!

Democrat voters, for the most part do not even have a clue as to what is is their party's platform. They vote because someone told them that democrats represent the working man and the poor. They could care less and will never know or understand that they elected a socialist or a commie.

The media never prints anything that may hurt a democrat unless it is criminal in nature and even then they are slooooooowwwwwwwww! to get to the presses.

This is a real battle for the hearts and minds of people everywhere. After they mess with our kid's minds in school, we have to reclaim them. And we are making progress thanks to brave conservative lecturers who go onto our campuses.

We have to stay committed to the fight. We have to keep the goal in mind always.

Get rid of the democrats.

It took decades for the dems to acheive this level of socialistic control. I would love for it to be acheived in a few short years. (Can I be dictator for a week?) We need to re-educate the population and show them why a conservative agenda is the right thing. This will take time. We can start by using the already in place republicann party, gain a super-majority, then, weed out the rinos. Only then can we truly get our constitution back to the original intent.
