All one has to do is look at the militant left stacking of the 9th Circuit, the cases that seem to end up there, and the suspect judging assigments to see what their game plan is.Had Gore stole the election, that would be his dream for the Supreme court. And that is exactly the problem - judges that reinvent the constitution, ignore the writings of the framers, and ignore the history of English tyranny that brought this great nation into existence in the first place.
Thank God we have a majority on the SC to stop them. All these boneheads talking about how Bush is no different than Gore are crying crocodile tears. If Gore got to nominate 2 SC Justices with a Dem Senate behind him, we'd have another 40 years of wandering in the desert.
