It seems to me that anyone can understand what foul language is. Taste words before using them. Write as if your most spiritual role model is going to read what you write.

I realize that I am probably more critical of bad language than most and that the mods will never be as scrict as I would like. That does not mean that they cannot pull posts with obviously four letter words and the stupid asterisks that are used for them.

I think we have a great forum and want to be able to send the posts to everyone I know. Those I know include a number of ministers and people who do not appreciate foul language. I simply want to be able to circulate FR posts and comments without the turn off of foul language.

There are but a few posters who use somewhat objectionable words (foul language)

I find many more who in retaliation for something they do not agree with can use proper english to insult, debase, poison and otherwise trash their opponent personally without resorting to a single cuss.

I find that even more objectionable, and it often comes from Christians who would never say a four letter word.

Now I ask you, which is worse in a spiritual sense?

Sure, so people need to watch what they type but more need to watch how they communicate and argue a point. Personal assaults are not the way. That is why I don't think a few editable cusses is all that important in the big picture.
