I have NO problem opening the door to ALL being armed. As it stands now, ONLY the criminals and thugs on both sides of the law are "permitted" to be armed. The average schmoe in the middle is disarmed and prey to both camps of armed thugs. Why not even it out? After all, the old west proved beyond question (Hollyweird not withstanding) that "an ARMED society is a POLITE (and law-abiding) society." But, IIRC, you are mostly on the side of the gun-grabbers.

Is this just an attempt to utilize hyperbole in an argument - or do you not know how wrong you are?

'Concealed-carry' is not the law in a number of states (including mine) rendering your above argument pretty foolish ...
