DNC HAS TEN THOUSAND LAWYERS POSITIONED TO STEAL FLORIDA FROM GWB (here's what you can do)
10/23/04

Posted on 10/23/2004 12:18:41 PM PDT by Liz

The DNC has stationed ten thousand lawyers in Fla and has directed them to charge voter intimidation ......even if none exists.

John Kerry has said he is going to proclaim victory Nov 2, and name his Cabinet, no matter what the vote totals show.

Unless, of course, an historic blowout for GWB stops him.

Now here's what we can do.

DO THIS NOW. EMAIL THE ABA ethicsearch@abanet.org

Re: Lawyers making false charges.

The Democratic National Committee has instructed their lawyers to charge voter intimidation, even where none exists. This directive, if carried out, violates the American Bar Association's Rules of Professional Legal Conduct in almost every single state.

The penalty is a disciplinary proceeding and potential disbarment. Lawyers may be zealous partisans, but no lawyer wants to risk losing his or her law license -- for almost any cause.

The ABA should issue a directive regarding the penalties involved for lawyers using their professional status to make unsubstantiated charges.

My brother is an attorney and does only appellate work for a firm that does mostly corporate defense. Still, it's been difficult not being able to tell lawyer jokes at the dinner table anymore.

I'm sorry to hear that you're a member of such a dysfunctional family. Having a lawyer infiltrate a normal family is cause to tell lawyer jokes at the dinner table.

Here is my letter. I am afraid this voter fraud situation is something we are going to have to dedicate ourselves to post Nov. 2. Not only concerning this election, but for the future.

Dear Sirs:

As we all know, fraud is a major concern for election 2004. That fraud can occur in many forms and from many sources, however I recently read where some attorney’s have been encouraged to go about claiming there is fraud when they know none actually exists.

While I understand that our partisan feelings can sometimes get out of hand, that is not and cannot be an excuse for attorney’s to engage in a fraud that only they can perpetrate.

I would strongly suggest that you issue a directive reminding lawyers of the penalties they will face for using their credentials to make false allegations and unsubstantiated charges. I would suggest that you make it very clear that you WILL prosecute if ANY such activity is found to be going on.

As a citizen I am thoroughly appalled to be faced with the reality that this is even an issue in this Country and it seems to me that the best way to put a stop to it from the get-go is for YOU to do YOUR job and do it pronto. Otherwise, I guess we the citizens will have to hold you equally accountable with any and all lawyers that decide to engage in this outrageous behavior.

Most Sincerely,

Patricia Schlegel

I was thinking of my doberman, Henry, but a rott would do nicely.

Why can't a lawyer sit with his kid in the sandbox?

The cat keeps trying to bury him.

Come on all you Washingtonians, vote for Nethercutt and Dino Rossi! Rossi, a business man, running for governor, fighting the state lawyers so that sex offenders not be placed in neighborhoods, and standing on a good record in
the state senate. Rep. Nethercutt, running for the Senate,
will counteract the "anti-American" voting of the
encumbent. All good Republicans come to the aid of
Washington state!

Having a lawyer infiltrate a normal family is cause to tell lawyer jokes at the dinner table.

And worse than that, his wife is a feminazi lawyer and my sister is a lawyer (turned stay-at-home mom). Yikes, my dad (a doctor) and I (pharmaceutical sales) are outnumbered! But as even my lawyer brother will admit, no one can beat me in a debate.

I've heard this a few times and seen it on this website but do you have a source for that? Seems hard to believe that even a slimeball like him would do something that despicable to even further divide America.

I forgot to say "Thanks" for your intense interest in this area of the election. I truly believe the Prez will win but if they can, the Dims WILL steal this election.

Fool proof way to prevent the Dims from stealing this election: A HUGE VOTE TOTAL FOR BUSH.

It's in Jonah Goldburg's column in National Review.

Can't we start a class action suit against the vulturous legal profession in that it's dangerous to your health? Maybe all lawyers should have to have a sign on their foreheads that they are " dangerous to your health and sanity".

Yes, well here is another tidbit so LISTEN UP FOLKS!

Dear friends of mind voted early and have been in Mexico (San Miguel de Allende) for a month, there are a lot of "expats" there, mainly liberals for some reason. They found out that they not only voted absentee (early voting) in their home states (primarily NE seaboard) but now have voted through the Embassy voting system, in effect, voting twice--and laughing about it. Our conclusion what with all the other fraud going on, is that if your are a conservative you must obey the rule of law, if you're a liberal, nothing applies...

We've made it too easy for the brain-dead to vote folks, we need to tighten up on that again, it has to mean something.

This is dangerous. The Democrats want to give people the idea that no election is legitimate in America, and that people should not peacefully accept the result of an election. Right now they are using an army of lawyers and media pundits. Next they may use a private army with guns and try to stage a putsch. Already Kerry is choosing who will be in his shadow government and it looks like he will claim victory unless Bush has an obvious landslide. At best, things will be tied up in courts for months, not only over Kerry but over every Democrat who had a close election. At worst, I half-expect a coup where Republican officials are arrested "for their own protection," coup-friendly judges are appointed, and the citizens are commanded to turn in their guns conservative media outlets are shut down by the IRS and the FCC. Can you say "Civil War II?"
