Didn't you tell us, way back in the day, that the size of the file itself, and not the height and width, determined the choking capacity of a picture?

yes, if you have an 800 x 600 picture and try to save space by posting with the attributes of 400 x 300, the picture will appear smaller on the thread, but still take as long to download as if it were 800 x 600
