That is great....and true! Anybody that stupid is not capable of exercising good judgement or making informed choices and anyone that incompetent should not be allowed to vote. Of course, that would completely drain the democrats' pool of constituents, which is exactly why it will continue to be an issue. The dumber they are, the better the RATs like 'em because they can be counted on to be easily duped.
