The park service are a bunch of NAZIs towards inholders.

I think if I was him I would build up a big enough reserve of Amonium Nitrate and Diesel, a pound/gallon at a time so as not to arouse suspicion, so that when I went, I could take my place and a substantial portion of the park with me.
