I will try to remember to pop in every so often and post one of my son's poems. His poetry is sometimes off the wall, but good.

IGNORANCE AND APATHY

Ignorance and apathy,
What a harmonious pair,
Leaving you with no appetite,
Just a long and drawn out stare.

What a way to fantasize,
The world's what you believe.
Ignorance and apathy,
Why would you want to leave?

Lie awake and wonder
All about the world,
But don't unwrap the knowledge
Or question what's unfurled.

Ignorance and apathy,
What a boring pair.
I would find something better,
