Meanwhile, Stevie is still making a great living on royalties from her original compositions...I believe that was at least part of her point regarding longevity as an artist.

She's talking about these woment losing their power and she is right. Broads like Stevie got it the old-fashioned way.
She earned it as an artist.

That's right. The Blixie Chicks did a cover of "Landslide" and Ms. Nicks earned the money.

Sophia Loren in the Grumpier Old Men movies wasn't bad eye candy either for her age.

Not only that, I imagine it is not shocking to *anyone*. True --- when it comes to Madonna, Britney, and Cristina, it would only be shocking if any of them showed any class. With Madonna, you pretty much expect that her cheap stunts will become more and more desperate as she does her slide into oblivion. She'll be like Betty David in "Whatever happened to Baby Jane", a pathetic character still thinking she's important.

Hey, the McVie duo was allways part of the Fleetwood Mac big time. As a matter of fact all the FM members are excellent musicians. Look at Mick Fleetwood playing drums, Lindsey guitar, Christie moog/keyboards, John base and of course the ever so lovely Stevie.
Nicks "IS" still the "FleetwoodMac"'s voice. No body can pass that sultry voice ever! She is a babe, no matter what!

Do you think you're the first person who ever called me hopeless?
Or that I laughed at for doing so?

That is a good one. But really if Madonna, Britney, or Cristina wore any clothes, no one would give them a second look. It's almost not a fair comparison --- Nicks has talent the others have none.

Well put, stevie! It was an obnoxious spectacle. Disgusting.

Okay, I guess "hopeless" is a little much.

Did Madonna plant one on Aguilera too? Wasn't she singing with them?

Nicks "IS" still the "Fleetwood Mac"'s voice.Different strokes and all that, but I find "You Make Loving Fun" a better tune than any of Stevie's.
To: danmar
Stevie Nicks voice reminds me of a sheep going baaaaaaahh!
To: 3catsanadog
Madonna kissed Christina too...but pity Aquilera...she swapped spit but didn't get any press play out of it.
To: herkbird
My God, I just made a loose statement and I am gettin' hammered from all sides. Sophia is on my short list as all ways, are you kidding me!

Christina has an unbelievable voice. You're right about her having a great voice. If she would lose the slut image and pick some decent material to perform, it wouldn't seem like she's wasting her talent.

Well my friend, that shows how much understanding you have about music. I will bet that you do not even know who "Fleetwood Mac" is.
Based on your statement, you must be a member of, "whatever" loosers club, and one of the proud ones.
Congratulations!
