Mo, I've been very busy, being a mortgage guy and all that I'll bet .. homes around here are selling like crazy. The new homes that use to sell for 200-250K are now selling for 400-500K .. My house isn't worth close to that amount but it's nice to see the value going back up again.
Yep, the girls are growing .. Carly is going to pre-school this year .. 2 hours a day, 3 days a week all by myself
