Well, I like to cook, but I can't afford chef school, and I'm not sure I'd want to cook for a living-if I did, I probably wouldn't enjoy doing it at home as much as I do now. I am seriously considering selling my fresh herbs, homemade soaps and really fragrant candles I get wholesale out of Odessa starting by selling out of my home, though. If it got good, then I'd need a storefront, but rent is cheap for businesses out here. I'm doing a market survey on the idea, and so far, it looks pretty good.
