I remember driving through a town in NC, in my youth, and along with the Lion's Club signs and stuff, there was also a KKK welcomes you to this town in NC.

Most of this stuff happens in "The City", mostly. Guess it's more Big City stuff than I'm used to. Actually, I'm in the uppity county where you can't even put a fence in your yard without some kind of permit.
