When I got LOTR, it was displayed at the front of the WalMart. For some reason I was going through Marble Falls at this time last year. I expected to just walk in and find a display near front but had to go all the way to electronics and wait in the line. Line snaking through electronics, down the aisle to shoes. But, I wasn't far enough back to be out of electronics. And then their machine that does debit cards went out. About 1/2 the people in line in front of me had debit cards. I got out my checkbook and did it the old-fashioned way.

I made a midnight run for FOTR last year as well... they had a big cardboard display set up just outside of electronics, no line at all! Just grabbed a DVD and went to the checkout. There was a line there, but it was "normal". See my report here!
